We have a complete testbench to fully test all output circuits and communications to find any internal issues. Most internal EIM issues can be fully repaired. Free testing. Quote can then be provided based on repairs needed.

Keypad Testing
We have a complete automated testbench to test keypads for the Digital Marine Products keypads. We can also fully test all features of a Sea-Ray OEM keypad to check if it is operating correctly. Service is free, just pay shipping both ways.

Generator Blower Interface
Boats that include a generator have an additional electronics interface box to interface the blower switch on the inside cabin panel to the EIM system. This can cause issues with the blower switch or the keypad.

EIM Electrical Gremlin Debug
If after trying a new keypad and the issue still persists, we are more than happy to help debug EIM or other downstream issues (ie. windlass). It is best to test new keypads first since the vast majority of the time this fixes all issues. If it turns out the keypad was not at fault, we accept returns for full refund minus shipping. We can offer additional demo keypads and other debug tools that can be lent out free of charge (just pay shipping) to help determine the root issue of your problems. This minimizes downtime, especially during the summer season, and allows you to fix the root cause of your issue.
